They seemed incredibly hesitant to want to show a property on... read more a Saturday (Hey guys, it’s your job remember!). When I arrived to the home, there was 12 other individuals viewing the home at the same time. I could understand if this was an open house style showing, but it wasn’t. As buyers’ agents they may be great; but I’d look elsewhere for them to act as sellers’ agents. Oh, and they arrived a solid 15-20 minutes late to the showing 😂🤦‍♀️ Been in the real estate industry for longer than they’ve been alive, with over 45 properties, look elsewhere for agents.

Flex MLS is great if you want to view homes for sale on your mobile device or computer. I was able to view and sign all the necessary documents with ease and no contact which is a great feature to have in these times of Covid-19. I've gone to countless showings in this housing market, and never had a poor experience like this. They treated us like we were at an auction, with AT LEAST 15 other people at the showing. I feel bad for the seller as I heard many other individuals (before Jake showed up late to the showing and made 15 people wait at least 20 minutes) talking about how poorly this was run. I was not interested in this home largely because of the seller's agent alone. Definitely a shame as the sellers could've had a fantastic CASH offer. Just noticed, there are other people complaining about the same thing. Looks like they've had a bunch of their friends go and put up fake 5-star reviews to help crowd these out. A shame...
